Returns and exchange – Art-Agro
At Art-Agro we care about your shopping satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product, please read the rules below. We act in accordance with applicable consumer law in Poland and the European Union.
Right to withdraw from the contract (return of goods)
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel – without giving a reason.
How to make a return:
- Contact us by email at artagro9@gmail.com or by phone: +48 573 777 731.
- Fill in the return form (we will send it on request).
- Send the goods back to the indicated address – at your own cost.
- After receiving the parcel and checking its condition, we will refund the money to the indicated account – within 14 days.
Return conditions:
- The product must not show signs of use.
- The goods must be returned in the original packaging, with complete accessories and documentation.
- Returns do not apply to parts made to the customer's individual order.
Exchange of goods
If you want to exchange a product (e.g. due to an incorrectly chosen model), contact us as soon as possible. Exchange is possible up to 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the goods have not been used and remain in their original condition.
Transport costs related to the exchange are covered by the customer, unless the mistake was on our side.
Complaints (damaged goods or goods not as ordered)
If you received a damaged product or goods not matching your order, file a complaint:
- Write to us at artagro9@gmail.com with a description of the problem and photos of the damage.
- Once the complaint is accepted, we will agree how to resolve it: repair, replacement or refund.
