Public offer – shopping terms at the Art-Agro store

§1. General provisions

  1. This document constitutes a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code and the terms of providing electronic services by the Art-Agro online store, available at art-agro.pl.
  2. The online store is operated by Art Agro Group, based in Poland.
  3. This offer is addressed both to natural persons and businesses making purchases for professional purposes or related to their business activity.

§2. Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website, by email, by phone or through messengers.
  2. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this offer and the conclusion of a sales contract between the customer and Art-Agro.
  3. The customer is obliged to provide correct data necessary to fulfil the order.

§3. Prices and payments

  1. All prices on the website are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  2. Art-Agro reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the change does not affect orders already placed.
  3. Available payment methods: bank transfer, cash on delivery, cash on personal pickup and other methods listed on the website.

§4. Delivery

  1. Orders are fulfilled throughout Poland via courier companies.
  2. Delivery costs are shown when placing the order and depend on the chosen carrier and parcel weight.
  3. Order processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days, unless stated otherwise.

§5. Complaints and returns

  1. The customer has the right to file a complaint if they receive faulty goods or goods not matching the order.
  2. Complaints are processed within up to 14 business days of being reported.
  3. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason – in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

§6. Personal data protection

  1. By placing an order, the customer consents to the processing of personal data by Art-Agro for the purpose of order fulfilment.
  2. Data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

§7. Final provisions

  1. Art-Agro reserves the right to make changes to this offer without prior notice.
  2. In matters not covered by these terms, the relevant provisions of Polish law apply.
